When a team of less than 100 people learn to engage each other in dialogue, effectively plan and envision possibilities, they take that out into the world, and into our schools, families, and volunteer activities. When leaders and managers become emotionally intelligent, they parent in a new way, they are kinder to themselves and others, and they model what’s possible for humanity.

At People Biz, Inc., we have a choice about who we work with, and because we are truly out to impact the world our grandchildren will inherit, about 70% of our clients are small business owners or their employees. If you are a small business owner, the pricing you receive for coaching, training, assessments, consulting, and facilitation is all significantly discounted.
