Alicia Marie, Founder & Managing Director
Alicia Marie has become a national leader in the field of professional coaching and training. For over thirteen years, she has coached managers, leaders and professionals on how to build lives and businesses truly worth having.
Through her company, People Biz, Inc., Alicia has developed numerous tools to support and educate business owners, individuals and professionals.
Her insatiable desire to learn more about people, along with her expertise in behavioral sciences, neuro-linguistics and business, give her a unique ability to powerfully address the challenges her clients face. Alicia Marie has numerous coaching certifications, including her PCC with the International Coach Federation.
Alicia Marie enjoys talking to new coaches about building a business because most coaches aren’t relating to their practice this way.
Alicia Marie is a popular speaker and workshop leader; she has written and led hundreds of programs on leading and managing employees, communication skills, health and well-being, fearless business practices and entrepreneurial success to clients, professional associations, and small businesses.
She is a mother of three adult children and grandmother of two. She is a Yoga enthusiast and runner.
Having spent most of her life in Texas, she currently resides in the Austin metro area.
Renee manages the business operations at People Biz, Inc. and has over 15 years of professional background in business operations to include office administration and management, project and process management, organizational strategy and development, financial and contract management, customer service and client relations. Her natural talents for business operations and client relations, makes her a natural fit at People Biz, Inc. Renee earned her Associates of Applied Science in Architectural Specialization and has been licensed as a Project Management Professional since 2009.
Irene Kwon, Marketing Manager
Irene is a marketing, public relations, and social media expert who has a knack for connecting people and products. As marketing manager for People Biz, she is responsible for all activities including research, social media, SEO, and overall brand alignment. She has a professional background in communications and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Texas Austin. Irene resides in Austin, Texas and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Chris Twing, Marketing Consultant
Chris has a professional background in marketing and office administration. She has a Master of Arts from The University of Alabama in Anthropology. Her background in anthropology gives her unique insights into human behavior as they relate to marketing. She is a key player on our team and is responsible for all marketing activities including research, social media, search engine optimization and our overall brand alignment. Chris enjoys hiking with her family, paper crafts and currently resides in Leander, Texas with her husband and young son.
Angela Rogers, Operations Consultant
Angela has a background in office administration and a BBA in Marketing from Texas State University. Working remotely, she assists staff and coaches as well as maintains all of our training materials. Angela lives in Spring, Texas with her husband, college baseball writer Kendall Rogers and their two beautiful children.
Lizzy Simon, Customer Service Consultant and Bookkeeper
Lizzy has a background in customer service and office administration. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University, where she studied Marriage, Family and Human Development. Working remotely, she is responsible for all bookkeeping. Lizzy is active and an avid sports fan. She and her husband enjoy camping and hiking. They reside in Round Rock, Texas with their daughter and large Great Dane/Lab.
