Mauri Elbel’s article discusses local entrepreneurs who have “found fields that grow in any economic climate.” Lisa reveals that she enjoys visiting consignment stores to pass time while traveling, and couldn’t help but notice that Austin was lacking an upscale consignment shop. Having been in business for almost six years, she recently opened the doors to her new 10,000 square-foot showroom at Steck Town Center, which is filled wall-to-wall with upscale consignment pieces.
